Donation Interval

If you have donated blood before and intend to make a donation once again, you are very welcome to do so. However,
you need to wait a few weeks before you are allowed to donate again. This is to ensure that you have fully recovered
from blood or platelet donation earlier.

If you have donated blood before, you should wait at least 12 weeks before making new blood donation, while platelet

donation can be made only 7 days after your last platelet donation.
